Since 2015, Dr. van Bekkum has been facilitating this weekly group to support mothers at every stage of their journey—whether you’re welcoming your first baby or navigating life with a growing family.

A Warm and Supportive Group for New, Expectant, and Experienced Parents
- Compassionate guidance and support as you navigate the joys and challenges of pregnancy and welcoming a new baby.
- A warm, inclusive space that offers education, mindfulness practices, and moments of shared laughter.
- Practical tools to recognize and manage perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, and other emotional stressors.
- Strategies to nurture and strengthen your bond with your baby.
- Expert insights on feeding, sleep, fussiness, colic, sibling transitions, and more.
- Support in preparing for the evolving dynamics of a growing family—including relationship changes, intimacy, and the mental load of parenting.
Session Details
- When: Weekly Tuesdays, 11:00 AM – Noon (online sessions)
- Where: Join from home, work, or with your kiddos nearby—wherever you feel most comfortable.
- Suggested Donation: $20 per session. (All donations benefit the Ardent Grove Foundation. No one will be turned away due to financial constraints.)

Our Facilitator
Our Mom’s Group is facilitated by Dr. Lies van Bekkum, a skilled and compassionate perinatal psychologist. Dr. van Bekkum provides a gentle, supportive environment for pregnant and postpartum parents. Babies and pregnant bellies are always welcome—come as you are and receive the care and connection you deserve. Parenthood and life changes can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.
